How to prevent dental caries in child? Here are some advices  fou you.

1. brush teeth correctly. Many children do not like brushing their teeth so they brush their teeth in a hurry.The proper brushing method is The Bass Method. Choose the toothbrush with soft bristle. When brushing teeth, the bristles should be at a 45 degree angle to the gumline. Move the toothbrush in a small circular movements, a few times on each tooth. Make the bristles go deep into the gingival groove to clean the periodontal area and the teeth.
 
2. apply fluoride regularly. Teeth are easy to be corroded by acid materials. Fluoride can make teeth mineralize so they would be hard. Applying  fluoride could prevent dental caries.
 
3. have pit and fissure sealants. To have pit and fissure sealants is a common method to prevent dental caries, especially when children do not have dental caries or the first molar.
