After replace, the front incisors of children are often not very neatly arranged, parents are anxious and don't know whether or not to correct. In fact, it is a normal physiological phenomenon that some congestion appears when the front incisors just for a good. The reason is that children are relatively small bones, and bone growth will become larger with age, and change the size of front teeth, so there will be temporary congestion, and because of the adjacent teeth erupted when the incisors of the teeth of the extrusion (Large gap in dental replacement period, but usually with the other teeth replaced the diversion of recovery), often caused  the incisors skew and twist, the period of the anterior teeth appears to be not so neat.       However, teeth will need to be corrected if the children have the following conditions:

      (1) Severe malformation of the maxilla or mandible, such as the performance of the anterior teeth too much protrusion, lips protrusion and so on.

      (2) Bad habits affect the jaw development seriously. Such as bite the lower lip habit, eating fingers habit, mouth breathing habits, tongue habits.

      (3) Severe dislocation of individual teeth, such as twisting teeth; crossbite of individual teeth (upper teeth bite in the lower teeth inside).
