Dental calculus are commonly found in the salivary glands of the opening tooth surface (for example: lingual surface of the lower jaw front teeth, the buccal surface of the rear upper jaw teeth) and tooth neck, and oral mucosa movement of the tooth surface is less than other places. The taetar is soft at the beginning, then it will gradually harden due to calcification . It is composed of 75% calcium phosphate, 15-25% water, organic compounds, manganese phosphate, calcium and trace mineral potassium, sodium, iron posed. And it will result in a yellow, brown, or black tooth. Then reasons Why it form can be seen as follows:
First, due to the reduction of carbon dioxide concentrations in the saliva, which promotes precipitation of inorganic salts on the tooth surface.
Second, due to degradation of the cells phosphorescence organic phosphorus acid enzyme hydrolysis of phosphorus deposited on the tooth surface is formed.
Third, the pH of alkaline saliva increases because of the bacteria, resulting in saliva protein decomposing, releasing calcium precipitate formed on the tooth surface.
Fourth, the saliva concentration, the greater the concentration, the more easily precipitate.
